Please note: If you are wanting to guarantee where your package is, I would recommend choosing the tracking option for your package

General Shipping Information: 

Discount Vacuum Packaging: No Tracking Available only to Canadian Orders.

If you are like me, shipping can make a huge difference in deciding to order. I am now offering vacuum packed orders for $6 for 1-2 skeins, $12 for up to 4 skeins.

This is the most cost effective option, but sometimes takes a bit longer to arrive (up to 4-6 weeks) and is NOT TRACKED. Product packaging is simpler and your skein will arrive sealed in a vacuum packed bag. I can only pack 200g in an envelope, so if you order multiple skeins that you will receive a few happy mail packages! I include instructions for how to return your yarn to it’s gorgeous fluffy self to make sure you get the best out of your yarn.

HOWEVER with the non tracking letter mail there is no insurance to cover lost packages. Once the package is in Canada Posts hands, we are not held responsible for lost packages. Non-Tracked mail is ‘ship at your own risk.’ Please choose the Tracked option if timing or visibility is important to you.

Expedited Shipping: Tracked Package  (Canadian and International) 

This option gets your yarn package a little bit quicker, and insurance covers you if your package is lost along its journey. The package is tracked, and you will get the info emailed to you so you can watch the happy mail make its way to you! I offer shipping options with Canada Post, Fed Ex, and UPS. Each vary in cost and speed, so you can choose what is right for you. 

Priority Post: Tracked Package (Canadian and International) 

For when you need your yarn, yesterday! Your order will be prioritized, and I will get it down to the post office as soon as my little self can manage! Usually the cost has a big jump, but it is definitely the fastest option!
