Return Policy: 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at lora@campfiberyarns.com as soon as possible. I will happily work with you to fix and order if a mistake was made.

In all other cases, items returned in original skein form are eligible for a refund. Caked yarns are unfortunately not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. 

Eligible returns must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery. 

 

Exchanges: 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please refer to the Return Policy section if you are unhappy with your purchase. 

 

Sweater Quantity and Dyed to Order (DTO)

All DTO ship out within 4-6 weeks after ordering. This is due to shipping times of the yarn bases, as well as lead times with dyeing. If you are needing your yarn faster than this, please consider an In Stock option. 

Not all colorways make it to the DTO section, or may only be offered for a limited time. 

Colorways dyed on different bases can look different due to the nature of the wool and processing. If you are interested in learning the differences between the bases, please check out by Base Info page, or email me at lora@campfiberyarns.com to discuss details. 

Please note, unless a mistake has been made in the preparation of your order, all Dyed to Order sales are final.
