Canada Postal Strike: How I'm Handling Shipping
Hi friends,
The Canada postal strike is making things tough for everyone—especially small businesses like mine. I know how important it is for you to get your orders on time, so I’m doing everything I can to keep things running smoothly. Here's my plan:
For Canadian Orders:
Whenever possible, I’ll be using UPS to make sure your packages get to you without delay.
For Canadian Rural and P.O. Box Orders:
Unfortunately, UPS doesn’t deliver to rural areas or P.O. boxes, and I will also be holding vacuum-packed orders until after the strike. This is the best way to ensure your packages are handled properly and don’t get delayed or lost.
**Please note - As of Nov 22nd I have decided to suspend all Vacuum Shipping options.
For International Orders:
I’ll be using an alternative service to get your package in the mail and will be dropping off packages twice a week with this new service to keep things moving.
If you have a unique situation or need your order sooner, please reach out to me directly. I’m happy to work with you to make a plan that fits your needs.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—it means the world to me, and thank you for shopping small this season!
